A Beautiful Day... But then isn't every day beautiful in Hawaii ?!!
Today Kendra attended the Temple for first time in preparation for tomorrow's Temple Wedding. It was a beautiful experience as we partook of the Temple Endowment and revisited how our Father in Heaven and our Savior created this world for us and all that we enjoy. In the Hawaiian Temple we moved from room to room, each with beautiful murals that add so much to this wonderful message. Finally entering the celestial room depicting our return to Him we are eternally thankful for all we have, and most particulary for our families and to be together forever.
Later that evening we all enjoyed a nice meal at the Polynesian Cultural Center and aftwards the evening performance. Of course, the best of all is that Kendra is the Lead Performer - playing the Mother, in the generational saga of the "Breath of Life". She is so talented, dances with grace and beauty, has such presence and warmth that thousands are moved with each rendition. Unforgettable is the Hawaiian hula dance captured in this first picture.
